We learn one unit, each of science and social studies, per trimester.
This first trimester we will be learning about Rocks/Minerals and Colonial Communities. The second trimester will be about Human Body/Geography.
In science and social studies, we normally complete an at-home project. We use a lot of technology while learning these subjects, such as Brainpop and the Discovery Channel on our Apple TV.
