In Bible, this year, we are learning about famous key people of the Bible.
We are first learning all about Joseph in this beginning trimester.
During the year, our class completes two chapels for the school. This is great as they delve into various Bible stories and pull out key information as they create plays/skits and really bring to life these ancient stories.
Every week, students have a Bible verse to memorize. I quiz them on Thursday, on their verse. On Friday, we say the verse, after pledges, to the whole school. Bible verse memorization helps teach discipline and embeds God's word into their hearts, as they grow and tackle the world.
